- Valid passport with 6+ months validity.
- Relevant work experience.
- Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic.

🇨🇿 Factory Workers — Car Body Parts Factory (Czech Republic)
- Location: Car Body Parts Factory
- Recruitment Base: Dubai (UAE)
- Openings: 50 Male Candidates
- Job Description: General factory work, car body parts production, physically demanding tasks, preference for candidates with technical knowledge.
- Salary: CZK 29,100/month (~€1,100) including bonuses
- Accommodation: Provided shared housing or CZK 7,500 allowance
- Probation: 3 months, salary increase after completion
Requirements: Healthy, fluent in English, minimum height 5’5” (167 cm), 2+ years UAE experience, valid UAE residence permit issued at least 2 years ago.
Selection Process: Client interview in Dubai, arranged by Aspire Global. Candidate sourcing, briefing, and full documentation handled by Aspire team.
Timeline: Sourcing by 24 Nov 2025, Interviews 25–26 Nov 2025, Offer Letters by 5 Dec 2025.
Fees: €2,500 per selected employee.
